Friday Dinner Features November 7

Seafood Primavera   
Sea Scallops and Cape Cod mussels simmered with fresh basil and tomatoes in a spicy marinara sauce with parmesan cheese over pasta.    

Grilled Beef Stockyard              
10oz. stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, topped with sautéed peppers, onions, mushrooms and Monterey Jack cheese, served with a cracked pepper butter and mashed potatoes.

Grilled Atlantic Salmon Salad                               
Grilled Salmon presented over a micro salad of mixed greens, pecans, onions and apples, served with your choice of dressing.

Shrimp Scampi 
Pan seared Jumbo Tiger Shrimp, asparagus spears, cherry tomatoes and pasta tossed with garlic butter.

Autumn Baked Chicken                                    
Chicken breast, brie cheese and fresh mint wrapped and baked in puff pastry, served with a cranberry, almond compote and asparagus spears.  

Cajun Crusted Ahi Tuna  
Cajun and herb crusted Ahi Tuna with a pan-seared sauté of tomatoes, sweet peppers, corn and black beans, served with rice pilaf and guacamole.

Mushroom Brandy Chicken Pasta    
Sautéed chicken breast with pasta, a wild mushroom brandy demi-glace and asiago cheese.

Fish Fry     
Breaded or beer battered haddock

Fresh Broiled Haddock      

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
