Entrees:
Broiled Tilapia                                                      
Tilapia broiled with a house vinaigrette, presented with spinach aglio and asiago cheese. 

Grilled Ribeye                                                                                                                     
Dry rubbed and grilled 12oz. bone-in beef Ribeye with balsamic carrots and colcannon.   

Horseradish Sea Scallops                                
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with cauliflower and pasta, with a horseradish
cream sauce.

Shrimp Jambalaya                                  
Cajun seasoned black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with chorizo sausage, sweet peppers and onions, with rice and a tomato broth.

Thai Chicken                                                                             
Pan-seared seasoned chicken breast with scallions, mushrooms, sweet peppers over white rice with a peanut sauce and toasted almonds.                      

Chicken Saltimbocca                                                                                
Sautéed chicken breast with ham, mushrooms and capers over pasta with a lemon butter sauce and asiago cheese.                      

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                                                                    
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
