Dinner Features for Tuesday October 8th


Appetizer:
Arancini
Our homemade arancini, risotto balls with ham and sweet peas, breaded and fried till crispy, served with a gruyere and Swiss cheese sauce- three per order

Entrees:
Grilled Blue Marlin
Fresh, chef trimmed blue marlin char grilled and topped with a spicy tomato onion chutney and balsamic glaze, served with mashed potatoes and asparagus  

Jamaican Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with Jamaican seasonings with mango, scallions, red onions and peppers in pineapple juice, served over rice

Shrimp Oktoberfest
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with apples, cranberries, sweet potatoes, parsnips, carrots and fresh thyme tossed in a Brooklyn® Oktoberfest glaze

Asian Surf and Turf
A honey lime garlic marinated Blue Marlin and red onion skewer char grilled, paired with a grilled beef sirloin medallion drizzled with a soy ginger glaze and served with sautéed mushrooms and peppers, presented over white rice

Chicken Milano
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with bacon, sweet peas, caramelized onions and garlic and tossed with pasta in a white wine cream sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
