Dinner Features for Saturday October 5th

Roasted Stuffed Tomato
A pair of tomatoes stuffed with orzo, corn, carrots, onions and cabbage, baked with a pecan asiago crust and served with bacon apple braised cabbage with an avocado cream sauce

Fresh blue marlin pan seared and drizzled with a balsamic glaze, served with a sun dried tomato pesto and asparagus spears

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with artichokes, mushrooms and capers in a garlic wine sauce, served with pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
