Dinner Features for Saturday October 12th

Oriental Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with almonds, broccoli, mushrooms and red onions in a sesame orange sauce, served over white rice

Cowboy Stockyard Steak
Beef stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to order, topped with caramelized red onions and a spicy cowboy sauce, served with bacon scallion corn mashed potatoes

Scallops Marinara
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with tomatoes, mushrooms and red onions in a red wine marinara sauce, tossed with pasta and finished with asiago cheese  

Lemon Herb Snapper
Fresh red snapper pan seared with herbs and finished with a lemon pepper butter, served over mashed potatoes with sautéed spinach and roasted red peppers

Pumpkin Pecan Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a pecan crust, presented over ziti with caramelized onions in a pumpkin sage cream sauce

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
