Dinner Features October 9


Sage Crusted  Mahi                                     
Pan-seared sage crusted Mahi-Mahi served with fresh asparagus spears and a pumpkin cream sauce.   

Sea Scallop Salad               
Sautéed sea scallops over mixed greens with marinated artichokes and sweet peppers, drizzled with a ginger-soy glaze. 

Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with mangoes, onions, black beans and sweet potatoes, 
tossed with pasta in a basil-lime butter sauce.

Park Ave Surf and Turf                                                                                                                         
Grilled 3oz sirloin medallions with caramelized onions and a balsamic glaze, paired with pecan crusted Marlin and roasted root vegetables, presented over rice pilaf. 

Country Sirloin Medallions                                                                                                                 
Twin pan fried 3oz sirloin medallions with bacon, scallions and tomatoes, served with mashed potatoes and a country gravy. 

Chicken Diane                                                                                                             
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with portobello mushrooms and zucchini over rice with a 
lemon-dijon sauce, sprinkled with asiago cheese.  

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                                                                                            
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
