Dinner Features October 10


Entrees
Pumpkin Pecan Casserole                                                                                                                     Baked ziti with a pumpkin sage cream sauce and caramelized onions, topped with a pecan herb crust.

Grilled Mahi-Mahi & Blue Marlin                                                
Lightly marinated, grilled Mahi-Mahi and Blue Marlin skewer, presented with caramelized onions, a sesame soy-ginger glaze and rice pilaf.   

Jamaican Jerk Sea Scallops                                 
Sautéed sea scallops with mangoes, sweet potatoes, onions and black beans, with steamed spinach and a jerk seasoned butter sauce.

Shrimp Napoli                                         
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with shallots and basil, tossed with fresh mozzarella
and a white wine marinara served over pasta.


Sirloin Medallions                                                                                                                                     
Grilled Twin 3oz sirloin medallions with marinated artichokes, bacon, scallions and asiago cheese, served with fresh asparagus spears.

Chicken Oscar                                                            
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with sweet peas and crabmeat with pasta béarnaise.
