Cranberry Pecan Chicken Salad
Boneless pan seared chicken breast with dried cranberries, pecans, apples, grapes, red onion and goat cheese presented over mixed greens tossed in an apple cider vinaigrette 

Broccoli Cheddar Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared in a broccoli cheddar cream sauce with mushrooms and fresh garlic, served over pasta 

Guinness® Sirloin Medallions
Twin beef sirloin medallions seasoned and char grilled to perfection, presented over Guinness caramelized onions and served with cheddar herb mashed potatoes

Lemon Basil Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared in a lemon sherry basil pan sauce with mushrooms, artichoke hearts and tomatoes, served over pasta and finished with asiago and parmesan cheese   

Cornmeal Crusted Scallops
Sea Scallops pan seared with a cornmeal crust, finished with a chipotle aioli and served with chorizo sweet potato hash

Char Grilled Salmon
Fresh salmon filet seasoned and char grilled, presented over asparagus spears and finished with rosemary hollandaise, served with herb roasted potatoes

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
