Pork chops grilled with Montréal seasonings presented with rosemary caramelized apples and onions served with wild rice

Boneless chicken breast pan seared in an herb crust with butternut squash, braised kale, zucchini and tomatoes in a lemon garlic white wine sauce, served over mashed potatoes

Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection, topped with melted asiago cheese and a portobello sherry sauce, served with a twice baked potato

Garlic Basil Shrimp Florentine
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh spinach, sun dried tomatoes and onions in a garlic fresh basil white wine sauce, served over pasta

Sea Scallops & Crabmeat Ala Romano Pesto Alfredo
Deep sea scallops and surimi crabmeat sautéed with mushrooms, broccoli, olives and artichoke hearts in a light pesto Alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta

Fresh Broiled Mahi Mahi
Fresh mahi mahi broiled and topped with a caper tarragon sauce, served over fresh asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf
