Chicken Portobello                        

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with portobello mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and scallions in a garlic Marsala wine sauce, served with rice pilaf     

Chicken Italian                                      

Boneless chicken breast sautéed with eggplant, tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers and onions in a garlic basil white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta

Char Grilled Stockyard Steak            

Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection, topped with a roasted red pepper mushroom onion sauce and presented over garlic bread, served with a twice baked potato

Shrimp & Crabmeat du Chef     
Jumbo shrimp and surimi crabmeat sautéed with mushrooms, banana peppers, olives and scallions in a garlic lemon white wine sauce, served over pasta

Sweet & Sour Scallops                  

Sea Scallops sautéed with shiitake mushrooms and yellow squash in a sweet and sour sauce, served over rice pilaf

Sesame Herb Crusted Tuna    
Ahi tuna steak in a sesame soy marinade, char grilled with a sesame dill crust and topped with a remoulade sauce, served over asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf 

Fresh Broiled Haddock 
Fresh haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
