Dinner Features November 19

Scotch Ale Mushroom Chicken
Boneless chicken breast char grilled and served over cheddar herb mashed potatoes topped with a scotch ale mushroom gravy, crisp onion straws and scallions      

Chicken Bacon Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon, broccoli and fresh garlic in a white wine Alfredo sauce, served over pasta  

Pub Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, presented on a bed of Guinness caramelized onions, topped with barbequed bacon and melted bleu cheese crumbles and served with a twice baked potato and asparagus spears

Roasted Red Pepper Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared in a roasted red pepper cream sauce with fresh spinach and portobello mushrooms served over pasta  

Lemon Caper Scallops 
Sea Scallops pan seared with mushrooms, zucchini, tomatoes and fresh spinach in a lemon caper sherry pan sauce, served over pasta  

Pan Seared Salmon
Seasoned and pan seared salmon filet finished with a rosemary hollandaise and served over herb roasted potatoes and asparagus spears

Mediterranean Stuffed Mahi Mahi
Seasoned mahi mahi stuffed with spinach, sun dried tomatoes, feta cheese and fresh garlic broiled in white wine and served over wild rice  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
