Dinner Features November 20


Southwest Chorizo Chicken
Boneless seasoned chicken breast and chorizo sausage sautéed with black beans, corn, peppers and onions finished with cheddar cheese and salsa served over rice pilaf

Rosemary Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a parmesan crust in a rosemary cream sauce with portobello mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and fresh garlic, served over pasta and finished with asiago and parmesan cheeses

Char Grilled Filet
Sirloin filet seasoned and char grilled to perfection, presented on a bed of stout caramelized onions, finished with brown butter and served with bacon horseradish mashed potatoes  

Shrimp Verde
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with mushrooms, onions, basil, scallions and parsley in a garlic white wine pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago and parmesan cheeses    

Seared Sherry Scallops
Sea Scallops seasoned and pan seared with artichoke hearts, tomatoes and fresh spinach in a sherry pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with goat cheese   

Garlic Herb Salmon
Seasoned and char grilled salmon filet finished with garlic herb butter and served over wild rice with asparagus spears

Broiled Mahi Mahi Tropicale
Seasoned broiled mahi mahi topped with a strawberry pineapple salsa and served over rice pilaf    

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
