Dinner Features November 15


Appetizers:
Beer Battered Pufferfish
Northern puffer, or “chicken wings of the sea”, in a crisp beer batter served with fries, cole slaw and a side of remoulade sauce

Entrees:
Wild Mushroom Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with portobello, shiitake and button mushrooms with capers and fresh spinach in a sherry wine demi-glace, served over rice pilaf     

Sweet & Sour Sesame Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with shiitake mushrooms, broccoli, onions, yellow and green squash in a sweet and sour stir fry sauce, served over rice    

Char Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection, topped with caramelized onions and presented over garlic bread, served with a twice baked potato

Shrimp & Crabmeat Ala Romano Alfredo 
Jumbo shrimp and surimi crabmeat sautéed with mushrooms, broccoli, olives and artichoke hearts in a light Alfredo sauce, tossed with pasta

Scallops du Chef 
Sea Scallops sautéed with portobello  mushrooms, banana peppers, onions, and sweet red peppers in a fresh basil garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta and topped with aged goat cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
