Dinner Features November 11th, 2016


Sugar Toads (Puffer Fish – Chicken Wing of the Sea!) 

Tempura battered puffer fish over mixed greens finished with a remoulade sauce.


Chicken Mushroom  Alfredo                                                                 

Pan seared chicken breast, mushrooms, ham, onion, and sundried tomatoes in a white wine alfredo sauce over pasta.

Cajun Mahi                                                                                                                        

Cajun butter broiled Mahi finished guacamole and tortilla strips over rice.  

Char grilled T-bone Steak      

Seasoned char grilled T-bone finished with garlic herb butter with sautéed baby spinach, mushrooms and grape tomatoes and served with garlic bacon horseradish mashed potatoes. 

             Pan Seared Scallops 

Fresh pan seared sea scallops with summer squash, grape tomatoes, bacon, pearled barley and toasted almonds with romesco sauce.

Mixed Grill                     

Char grilled tenderloin medallion over caramelized onions finished with red wine demi glaze and goat cheese paired with pan seared swordfish finished with garlic herb butter with a twice baked potato.

           Shrimp and Grits                 

Pan seared fresh jumbo shrimp over cheddar grits finished with bacon scallion cream sauce.

Fresh Broiled Haddock      
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.   

Fish Fry                             
Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet.
