Dinner Features November 4th, 2016

Chicken Pesto Alfredo  

Pan seared chicken, mushroom and fresh garlic in a pesto alfredo cream sauce over pasta.

Harvest Chicken       

Pan seared chicken, asparagus, mirox paux, leaks, garlic and tomatoes in a white wine pan sauce over pasta finished with goat cheese.

Asian Sesame Mahi      

Teryaki glazed broiled Mahi finished with Asian slaw and toasted sesame seeds over rice.  

Scotch Ale Stockyard Sirloin 
Seasoned char grilled Angus Reserve Stockyard Sirloin topped with Scotch Ale demi glaze and onion straws with a twice baked potato. 

           Scallops French      

Fresh egg battered sea scallops seasoned and pan fried in a sherry lemon sauce with fresh broccoli over pasta finished with parmesan cheese.

Honey Butter Salmon    

Honey glazed pan seared salmon finished with brown butter presented over asparagus spears with parmesan herb mashed potatoes.

           Avocado Sriracha Shrimp 

Citrus butter broiled jumbo shrimp presented over rice finished with sriracha aioli, avocado cream sauce and fried avocados.

Fresh Broiled Haddock     

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.   

Fish Fry                    
Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet.
