Dinner Features November 25th, 2016

Chicken Carbonara   

Fresh chicken breast, bacon, onion, and peas in a white wine cream sauce served over fettuccini finished with parmesan cheese.

Southern Cajun Fried Chicken & Mac n Cheese    

Fresh southern fried chicken finished with pepper jack cream sauce served with smoked bacon macaroni and cheese.

Pan Seared Stockyard Sirloin Steak   

Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin with shitake mushroom demi glaze and garlic mashed potatoes and brussel sprouts.

Shrimp Mediterranean              
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with tomatoes, banana peppers, onions and spinach finished with feta cheese.

Broiled Sea Scallop Salad     

Broiled deep sea scallops served with hot bacon vinaigrette, pickled red onion, goat cheese and grape tomatoes.

Seared Salmon     

Fresh salmon pan seared with dill cream sauce, wild rice and seared asparagus.

Grilled Mahi Mahi      
Fresh grilled mahi mahi served  with fruited rice and candied carrots.
