Herb Crust Chicken   

Panko and herb crusted chicken breast presented over apple pecan stuffing and finished with cranberry balsamic glaze with roasted butternut squash.

Strawberry Avocado Chicken Salad  

Char grilled chicken over fresh spinach with strawberries, avocado, walnuts, red onions and goat cheese tossed with herb vinaigrette.

Maple Pecan Salmon            

Pan seared salmon finished with maple brown butter and toasted pecans over sweet potato pancake with broccoli.  

Highland Lager Sirloin Filet 

Seasoned char grilled sirloin filet finished with Highland Lager demi glaze and herb butter with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus. 

             Bacon Herb Scallops 

Fresh pan seared sea scallops in a white wine bacon herb pan sauce with zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms and fresh garlic over pasta finished with asiago and parmesan cheeses.

           Jamaican Shrimp                 

Jamaican jerk seasoned jumbo shrimp sautéed with sweet red peppers, fresh pineapple, fresh spinach, red onions and scallions over wild rice.

Fresh Broiled Haddock      

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter.   

Fish Fry                       
Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet.
