Dinner Features for Saturday May 31st


Mason Dixon Steak
Your choice of stockyard sirloin or Ribeye steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, presented with pulled pork slaw and white cheddar over top and served with a side of succotash

Seafood Combination
Crab cake béarnaise paired with a petite red snapper filet pan seared with a chili lime crust and topped with a roasted red pepper Florentine tapenade, served over rice pilaf

Jerk Scallops Tropicale
Dry packed deep sea scallops broiled in wine and jerk spices with tomatoes, mangoes and pineapple, served over rice pilaf

Lemon Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with spinach, mushrooms and garlic served over pasta in a lemon wine sauce, finished with parmesan crumbs  

Ahi Florentine
Fresh ahi tuna steak lightly marinated and char grilled to order, presented with spinach aglio olio and finished with a tomato caper relish

Chicken ala Bordelaise
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust, topped with a with mushrooms onion bordelaise sauce and served with asparagus

Pan Seared Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with bacon, caramelized onions and brussel sprouts served with parmesan herb orzo pasta  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
