Dinner Features for Tuesday May 20th


Sicilian Stockyard Sirloin
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Italian seasonings, topped with sautéed mushrooms and melted asiago cheese, served with garlic basil mashed potatoes

Scallops & Wild Mushroom Aglio E Olio
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with portobello, shiitake and button mushrooms tossed with eggplant, sun dried tomatoes and sweet peas in a garlic oil and white wine, finished with asiago

Shrimp Scampi
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with mushrooms and onions in a garlic lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Pan Seared Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared and presented over oven roasted vegetables, finished with a tomato garlic black bean sauce and served with rice pilaf 

Island Mahi Mahi Salad
Fresh mahi mahi filet broiled in orange sesame butter and wine, served over mixed greens with pineapple, strawberries, dried cranberries, almonds, cherry tomatoes and lima beans served with strawberry mint basil vinaigrette   

Crab Florentine Stuffed Chicken
Pan seared stuffed chicken breast with spinach and crab in a sherry wine sauce, topped with a rosemary orange hollandaise and served with rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
