Dinner Features for Sunday May 18th


Ranchero Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, served with ranchero sauce and bacon cheddar jalapeño mashed potatoes   

Scallops Santa Fe
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared and presented with corn, tomatoes and lima beans in mustard vinaigrette, served over greens

Shrimp Florentine
Black tiger jumbo shrimp broiled with rosemary and served with spinach aglio e olio, finished with asiago cheese  

Mahi Mahi Sicilia
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared with tomatoes, eggplant, capers and shallots served over pasta in a lemon butter sauce   

Chicken Napoleon
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an almond crust and layered with tomatoes and fresh mozzarella cheese, finished with strawberry basil vinaigrette and a side of asparagus spears

Aegean Chicken
Boneless sautéed chicken breast served with a roasted vegetable pecan bulghur salad and finished with marinated feta cheese

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
