Dinner Features for Saturday May 17th

       Wild Mushroom Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin steak dry rubbed with fresh rosemary and char grilled to perfection, served on a bed of sautéed wild mushrooms and greens, topped with herb butter and served with a twice baked potato  

Scallops Choron
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with peas, tossed with pasta in choron sauce

Ranchero Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with black beans, corn and onions served over rice pilaf and finished with our ranchero sauce and cheddar cheese

Ahi Maltaise
Fresh ahi tuna steak, seasoned and grilled to order, presented with an orange scented hollandaise and asparagus spears

Fresh Broiled Salmon
Fresh broiled salmon filet served with a roasted vegetable pecan bulghur salad and finished with an olive tapenade  

Chicken Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with asparagus and tossed with pasta in a classic Alfredo sauce, finished with nutmeg  

Almond Crusted Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an almond crust and presented with sherry butter and braised cabbage

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
