Dinner Features for Saturday May 24th

Char Grilled Stockyard
Beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection, topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions, and served with asparagus spears   

Scallops Ranchero
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared and served over dirty rice with chorizo sausage, topped with our ranchero sauce

Shrimp Fra Diavolo
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with peppers and onions in a spicy red sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Pineapple Ahi
Fresh ahi tuna steak grilled to order and topped with pineapple chutney, served with rice pilaf

Chicken Cordon Bleu
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with ham and Swiss cheese in a Dijon sauce, served with a twice baked potato

Chicken Piccata
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with capers in a lemon sauce, served with mashed potatoes

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
