Dinner Features for Wednesday April 30th


Citrus Grilled Ahi
Fresh citrus marinated ahi tuna steak grilled to order and topped with a rosemary apple onion jam, served with asparagus spears

Grilled Stockyard Béarnaise
10oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection and topped with sautéed mushrooms and sauce béarnaise, served with a twice baked potato

Lemon Basil Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with zucchini, summer squash, carrots, fresh spinach, broccoli and tomatoes in a lemon sherry basil sauce, tossed with pasta and finished with parmesan cheese

Shrimp Alexander
Black tiger jumbo shrimp stuffed with horseradish, wrapped in bacon, broiled in white wine and lemon, topped with a horseradish cream sauce, presented over fresh steamed spinach and served with rice

Chicken & Crab Pesto Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with surimi crabmeat, broccoli, zucchini and sun dried tomatoes in a light pesto Alfredo sauce, served over pasta
