Dinner Features for Tuesday April 15th


Grilled Mushroom Stockyard
10oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, served with a red wine mushroom sauce, asparagus spears and a twice baked potato

Scallops Pesto
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with garlic, zucchini, carrots and yellow squash ribbons tossed in pasta with pesto

Tropical Tiger Shrimp
Sautéed black tiger jumbo shrimp seasoned with Jamaican spices, served with peppers, scallions, pineapple and red onions, over rice topped with a spicy pineapple glaze

Mediterranean Salmon
Salmon broiled in our Greek dressing with artichokes, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach and feta cheese served in a lemon white wine sauce over wild rice

Surf & Turf
Sirloin medallion served over mashed potatoes with gorgonzola cream sauce paired with grilled tilapia served over sautéed spinach with balsamic glaze

Chicken & Biscuits
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with peas, carrots, celery, onions and thyme in gravy, served over two homemade biscuits  

Rosemary Chicken
Boneless rosemary rubbed chicken breast pan seared with sautéed tomatoes and onions served over mashed potatoes with balsamic glaze

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
