Dinner Features for Tuesday April 22nd

Grilled Sirloin Medallions
Twin beef sirloin medallions char grilled to perfection served over rosemary mashed potatoes with balsamic caramelized onions

Spring Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with zucchini, yellow squash and carrot ribbons plus sweet peas tossed with basil pesto and served over wild rice

Shrimp Gazpacho
Black tiger jumbo shrimp char grilled, served with chilled roasted red pepper gazpacho with red onions, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes atop

Mahi Mahi
Mahi Mahi broiled in Greek dressing presented with sautéed spinach, mushrooms, feta cheese and sun dried tomatoes served over orzo pasta

Mushroom Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a panko crust, topped with a mushroom tarragon sherry cream sauce and served with mashed potatoes and asparagus spears

Caprese Chicken
Boneless panko encrusted chicken breast pan seared, served with tomatoes, fresh basil and mozzarella cheese  finished with a balsamic glaze drizzle over mashed potatoes

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
