Dinner Features for Wednesday April 23rd


Cajun Sea Bass
Fresh striped sea bass pan seared with Cajun spices, topped with a basil citrus salsa and served with wild rice

Scallops Key West
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with fresh pineapple, artichoke hearts, tomatoes and scallions in a sherry wine sauce, served over pasta

Mediterranean Shrimp
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with fresh spinach, tomatoes, kalamata olives, onions and peppers in a garlic lemon wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with feta cheese    

Burgundy Sirloin Medallions
Twin beef sirloin medallions char grilled to perfection, topped with a burgundy mushroom sauce and presented over bruschetta, served with a twice baked potato

Chicken & Wild Mushrooms
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with button, shiitake and portobello mushrooms in a garlic sherry cream sauce, served over pasta

Herb Crusted Rosemary Chicken
Boneless panko crusted chicken breast pan seared with tomatoes, sun dried tomatoes, peas and onions in a fresh rosemary wine sauce, served with rice pilaf  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
