Dinner Features for Friday April 18th


Grilled Ahi Tropicale
Fresh ahi tuna steak grilled to order and topped with a fresh citrus pineapple salsa, served over asparagus

Scallops Angelina
Deep sea scallops broiled with tomatoes in a garlic Marsala sauce, topped with mozzarella cheese and served with rice pilaf  

New Orleans Cajun Grilled Stockyard
10oz beef Stockyard sirloin steak char grilled with Cajun spices served with a portobello black bean Creole sauce and a twice baked potato      

Shrimp Normandy
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with apples, almonds, artichoke hearts and fresh basil in a sherry cream sauce, served over pasta

Tilapia Florentine
Fresh broiled tilapia filet topped with a tarragon mushroom Dijon sauce and presented with sautéed spinach and wild rice  

Chicken Carouso
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with ham, mushrooms, onions, eggplant, tomatoes and peas in a garlic white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Chicken Ala Romano
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with surimi crabmeat, mushrooms, broccoli, artichoke hearts and olives tossed with pasta in a light Alfredo sauce and finished with asiago cheese

Fish Fry
Breaded or beer battered haddock

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
