Dinner Features for Tuesday April 1st


Stockyard Fajitas
10oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak rubbed with spices and char grilled served with flour tortillas, grilled peppers & onions, pico de gallo, shredded lettuce and rice pilaf with sour cream and guacamole

Bleu Scallops
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with mushrooms and garlic in a bleu cheese pesto white wine pan sauce, tossed with pasta and finished with a balsamic glaze

Shrimp Tuscan Salad
Black tiger jumbo shrimp grilled and served over fresh mixed greens tossed in balsamic vinaigrette with crumbly bleu cheese, mushrooms, red onions, tomato wedges and croutons

Spring Ahi
Ahi tuna steak encrusted with lemon panko crust pan seared served with roasted red pepper orzo pasta tossed with spinach and artichoke hearts

Chicken Dijon
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with artichokes, asparagus and onions in a Dijon white wine pan sauce, served over mashed potatoes   

Greens & Beans with Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with garlic, escarole and white beans in a white wine pan sauce served over pasta and finished with parmesan cheese  

Mixed Grille
A 3 ounce beef sirloin medallion grilled to order and topped with a portobello sherry cream sauce and a grilled shrimp skewer, served with a twice baked potato   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
