Dinner Features for Saturday April 26th

Grilled Wild Mushroom Stockyard
10oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection and topped with wild mushroom sauce, served with a twice baked potato    

Cajun Salmon
Salmon filet pan seared with Cajun spices and topped with a roasted tomato corn salsa, served with rice pilaf

Scallops Alfredo
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with broccoli and mushrooms in a creamy Alfredo sauce, served over pasta

Shrimp Primavera
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers and onions, tossed with pasta in marinara sauce and finished with asiago cheese

Horseradish Crusted Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with a horseradish crust, topped with a Dijon sauce and served with wild rice

Lemon Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with fresh spinach, mushrooms, artichokes, and sun dried tomatoes in a lemon white wine sauce, served with rice pilaf

Tuna Noodle Casserole
Tuna casserole with onions, mushrooms and garden green peas, baked with crumb topping

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
