Dinner Features for Wednesday April 16th


Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
10oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, topped with asiago cheese and drizzled with balsamic, served over asparagus spears with a twice baked potato

Scallops Pesto
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with garlic, zucchini, carrots and yellow squash ribbons tossed in pasta with pesto

Shrimp Alfredo
Black tiger jumbo shrimp pan seared with fresh spinach, cherry tomatoes and garlic in a creamy parmesan sauce, tossed with pasta   

Salmon Dijon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with artichokes, mushrooms and asparagus served over mashed potatoes with a Dijon white wine sauce

Surf & Turf
Sirloin medallion served over mashed potatoes with gorgonzola cream sauce paired with grilled tilapia served over sautéed spinach with balsamic glaze

Chicken & Biscuits
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with peas, carrots, celery, onions and thyme in gravy, served over two homemade biscuits  

Chicken Cordon Bleu
Boneless panko crusted chicken breast pan seared and layered with ham and Swiss cheese, topped with a Velouté sauce and served over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
