Dinner Features for Saturday April 19th


Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
10oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection and topped with roasted tomato wedges, served with rosemary mashed potatoes   

Cajun Tilapia
Fresh tilapia filet broiled in white wine and topped with a portobello black bean Creole sauce, served over rice pilaf and finished with a dollop of lime crème fraîche   

Scallops Caprese
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared with tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil and garlic tossed in pasta with a balsamic glaze

Santa Fe Shrimp Salad
Black tiger jumbo shrimp grilled and presented over fresh romaine tossed with salsa ranch dressing and topped with pico de gallo, cheddar cheese, corn, red onions and avocadoes, finished with crispy tortilla crumbles

Dijon Mushroom Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, artichokes and asparagus in a Dijon pan sauce, served over mashed potatoes

Lemon Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with fresh spinach, mushrooms, artichokes, and roasted red peppers in a lemon white wine sauce tossed with pasta and finished with asiago cheese   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
