Dinner Features for Tuesday April 8th


Appetizer:
Crispy Mac & Cheese Bites
A trio of jalapeno macaroni and cheese fried with crispy panko breading, served with salsa dipping sauce

Entrees:
Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
10oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to order, served with sautéed spinach and rosemary asiago potatoes Au gratin 

Scallops Caprese
Dry packed deep sea scallops pan seared in an asiago crust with tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil tossed with pasta in a white wine pan sauce

Shrimp Barbeque
Grilled black tiger jumbo shrimp tossed with a tangy barbeque sauce served on a bed of sautéed potatoes, corn and scallions topped with crispy onions

Mediterranean Ahi
Ahi tuna steak marinated in our Greek dressing and broiled to order, served with spinach sautéed with feta cheese, mushrooms, olives and sun dried tomatoes in lemon and white wine, presented over wild rice  

Chicken Florentine
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with artichoke hears, mushrooms and spinach served over pasta with a white wine cream sauce

Chicken Dijon
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, asparagus and onions with a Dijon white wine pan sauce, served over mashed

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
