Dinner Features for Tuesday April 29th

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
10oz. beef stockyard sirloin steak char grilled to perfection and topped with melted asiago cheese and a tomato basil caper relish, served with a twice baked potato    

Scallops du Chef
Dry packed deep sea scallops sautéed with portobello mushrooms, broccoli and tomatoes in a garlic tomato cream sauce, served over pasta

Shrimp Normandy
Black tiger jumbo shrimp sautéed with apples, artichoke hearts, spinach and sun dried tomatoes in a white wine sauce, served over rice

Ahi Lemon Tarragon
Fresh ahi tuna steak grilled to order and topped with a lemon tarragon sauce, served over asparagus spears with rice pilaf

Chicken Piccata
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, artichokes hearts, kalamata olives and fresh spinach in a lemon sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese

Stuffed Chicken Breast
Boneless chicken breast sautéed and stuffed with sausage, crabmeat, spinach and parmesan cheese, topped with a Dijon dill cream sauce and served over rice pilaf

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
