Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to order, served with mashed potatoes with gravy and broccoli hollandaise

Barbeque Chicken Stack
Barbeque grilled chicken finished with corn relish and crispy onions, served over house made potato salad

Dorito Crusted Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared with a nacho Dorito ® crust, finished with a French onion aioli and presented over mashed potatoes

Scallops Primavera 
Deep sea scallops pan seared with mushrooms, broccoli, asparagus, zucchini, peppers and onions in a white wine butter sauce, tossed with pasta

jumbo shrimp, littleneck clams and chopped clams pan seared in a garlic white wine butter sauce, served over pasta
 
Crispy Pork Stir Fry 
Fresh pork tenderloin stir fried with mushrooms, broccoli, red peppers and onions in a tamari soy glaze, served over steamed white rice

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
