Dinner Features July 5th, 2018


Chicken Bruschetta                                                                                                                           

Pan seared boneless chicken breast chunks tossed with onions, garlic, grape tomatoes and fresh basil in a white wine butter sauce over pasta



Mongolian BBQ Chicken Stir Fry                              

Boneless chicken breast chunks pan seared with garlic chicken then tossed with onions, peppers, mushrooms and broccoli in a soy bbq honey sauce over rice



Blackened Salmon                                            

Fresh salmon filet pan seared over butter corn mashed potatoes, asparagus and kettle chips finished with a chipotle aioli  


                        Lemon Seafood Delight                                                                    

Pan seared deep sea scallops and surimi crabmeat sautéed with onions, red peppers, and little neck clams in a lemon white wine butter sauce over pasta    

               

Crispy Shrimp                                                                                                                                                                                      

Deep fried crispy jumbo shrimp served with tri colored pasta salad with cheddar cheese and chorizo and side of bbq glazed onion rings

 

                       Grilled Stockyard Sirloin                               

Stockyard Sirloin seasoned and grilled to perfection, served with mashed potatoes, A1 mushrooms and onions and side of broccoli hollandaise

                         Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
