Grilled Stockyard                                                                           

Seasoned grilled Stockyard Sirloin with a creamy tri colored grilled vegetable salad, garlic parmesan cottage fries and chipotle steak sauce



Monte Cristo Stack                                                    

Battered fried chicken layered with ham, brie cheese and egg battered french toast

over mashed potatoes and finished with maple syrup drizzle and powdered sugar



                       Sweet & Sour Chicken                            

Tempura battered chicken breast chunks tossed with peppers, onions, broccoli, and pineapple in a spicy sweet & sour sauce over white steamed rice



                       Scallops & Crab Zucchini Boats                                     

Pan seared scallops served over a surimi crab stuffed zucchini boat over creamy bacon and corn asiago rice then finished with a garlic parmesan gravy



Shrimp Gumbo                                                      

Pan seared shrimp tossed with peppers, onions, garlic and chorizo sausage in a spicy sriracha tomato sauce over rice




Pan seared bacon crusted salmon over scallion mashed potatoes and then finished with a hickory honey bbq sauce and ranch aioli



Bronzini (Sea Bass)                                      

Pan seared Bronzini filet with a lemon caper butter sauce served with mashed potatoes and asparagus

            Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
