Dinner Features July 13th, 2018



Mussels Marinera                                                                   

Pan steamed Prince Edward Island mussels tossed with garlic, basil and house made marinera



Entrees:

Grilled NY Strip                                                                         

Seasoned grilled NY Strip steak with a loaded baked potato, broccoli hollandaise and then finished with A1 onions and mushrooms



Monte Cristo Stack                                                          

Battered fried chicken layered with ham, swiss cheese and egg battered french

toast over mashed potatoes and finished with maple syrup drizzle and powdered

sugar

        

                       Kung Pow Chicken                             

Pan seared chicken tossed with garlic, onions, peppers, mushrooms, carrots and broccoli in a Tamiri orange soy sauce tossed with stir fry noodles



Prosciutto Scallops                                                                     

Pan seared prosciutto wrapped scallops over mashed potatoes and topped with an apple bacon coleslaw and wasabi aioli



Shrimp Gumbo                                            

Pan seared shrimp tossed with peppers, onions, garlic and chorizo sausage in a spicy tomato sauce over rice




Pan seared Akura Salmon finished with a hickory honey barbecue glaze over corn scallion mashed potatoes and asparagus then finished with a ranch sriracha aioli



                       Fresh Broiled Haddock                               

            Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter



           Fish Fry                                                                             
Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
