Char Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to perfection, topped with A1® mushrooms and onions and crispy tempura onion petals, served with house made potato salad and a chipotle dipping sauce      

Chicken Broccoli Alfredo Bake
Baked ziti with broccoli and cheddar cheese in a creamy garlic alfredo sauce, topped with a marinated grilled chicken breast

Scallops & Crab Zucchini Boats 
Deep seas scallops pan seared and presented on a surimi crab stuffed zucchini boat over creamy bacon and corn asiago rice, finished with a garlic parmesan gravy

Fresh seabass filet pan seared and presented over wilted spinach, charred tomatoes and mashed potatoes in a tomato au jus  

Garden Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan seared with mushrooms, broccoli, tomatoes, zucchini, peppers and onions in a lemon white wine sauce, served over pasta

Potato Crusted Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared in a potato chip crust, finished with a bacon French onion horseradish aioli, sriracha sauce and crispy onions, served over mashed potatoes with asparagus spears

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
