Dinner Features July 3

Grilled Stockyard Steak
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to order, served with mashed potatoes with onion gravy and broccoli hollandaise

Buffalo Chicken Stack
Tender southern fried chicken stacked with crisp lettuce, tomatoes and avocadoes served over potato salad and finished with buffalo wing sauce and smoky bleu cheese  

Tropical Salmon
Fresh salmon filet pan seared and finished with tropical fruit & corn salsa, presented over pesto mashed potatoes with asparagus spears

BLT Scallops
Deep Sea scallops pan seared with hickory bacon, spinach, vine ripened tomatoes and onions in a white wine lemon butter sauce, served over pasta

Creole Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp pan roasted with chorizo sausage, mushrooms, celery, scallions, peppers and onions served in a lightly spicy tomato broth over rice
 
Three Way Pork
Fresh pork medley of Singapore crispy pork & noodles with wasabi aioli and stir-fried vegetable noodles; paired with sweet & sour apple pork presented over pork fried rice  

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
