Dinner Features July 10

Grilled Stockyard Steak 
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection, topped with seared portobello mushrooms and onions, finished with aged goat cheese and served with a twice baked potato    

Chicken Italian
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with eggplant, mushrooms, tomatoes, peppers and onions in a garlic basil white wine marinara sauce, served over pasta and dusted with asiago cheese      

Garden Basil Chicken 
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with mushrooms, onions and fresh spinach in a garlic basil sherry wine sauce, served over pasta and topped with a caprese relish

Cajun Grilled Shrimp Skewer Salad   
A shrimp skewer char-grilled with Cajun spices presented over mixed wild greens with aged goat cheese, pecans, dried cranberries, oranges, pineapple, vine ripe tomatoes and onions, finished with chipotle dressing

Scallops Portobello  
Deep sea scallops sautéed with portobello mushrooms, sun dried tomatoes and scallions in a garlic madeira wine sauce, served over rice pilaf

Shrimp & Crabmeat Primavera 
Jumbo shrimp & surimi crabmeat sautéed with a garden vegetable medley in a garlic sherry wine sauce tossed with pasta and finished with asiago cheese
 
Pan Seared Mahi Mahi      
Fresh mahi mahi filet pan seared and topped with pineapple citrus salsa, served over asparagus spears with a side of rice pilaf  

Fresh Broiled Haddock     
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
