Char Grilled Stockyard 
Angus Reserve Beef Stockyard sirloin steak seasoned and char grilled to perfection, finished with chipotle mushroom and onion steak sauce, served with loaded fries and broccoli hollandaise

Boneless chicken breast pan seared with mushrooms, broccoli, celery, scallions, peppers and onions in a soy brown sauce, served over white rice

Southern fried boneless chicken breast presented over a ziti broccoli cheddar bake and finished with a smoky chipotle sauce

Ahi Tuna & Noodles         
Fresh ahi tuna steak pan seared to order with a sesame crust, finished with a soy glaze and wasabi aioli, presented over soy marinated noodle stir fry

Jerked Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with jerk spices and presented over island fried rice, served with honey grilled plantains

Jumbo shrimp pan seared with grape tomatoes, fresh basil and onions in a white wine butter sauce, served over pasta 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
