Dinner Features October 9


Southwest Stockyard Sirloin
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin seasoned and char grilled to order topped with guacamole, beer cheese and tortilla strips, served over sautéed peppers and onions with a side of rice pilaf   

Herb Crusted Chicken
Boneless chicken breast pan seared with an herb crust and presented over bacon three cheese macaroni and cheese

Chicken Greens & Beans
Boneless chicken breast seasoned and sautéed with Italian sausage, escarole, onions and white beans in a white wine pan sauce with fresh garlic, finished with asiago and parmesan  

Blackened Ahi Tuna
Fresh ahi tuna steak seasoned with Cajun spices and blackened, finished with an avocado cream sauce and served over rice pilaf  

Shrimp & Broccoli Alfredo
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with broccoli in a white wine Alfredo sauce, served over pasta

Autumn Scallops
Sea Scallops pan seared with tomatoes, mushrooms, spinach, onions and garlic in a sherry pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with crumbled goat cheese   

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
