Dinner Features October 15

Scotch Ale Mushroom Stockyard Sirloin
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection, presented over a scotch ale mushroom gravy and finished with onion straws, served with a twice baked potato

Harvest Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh spinach, zucchini, tomatoes, onions and garlic in a sherry pan sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago and parmesan cheese   

Buffalo Chicken Poutine
Breaded southern fried chicken breast tossed in house made buffalo sauce and served over crispy beer battered French fries, topped with bleu cheese crumbles and finished with ranch dressing 

Fresh Broiled Rockfish
Seasoned Rockfish broiled in white wine and finished with sun dried tomato herb butter, presented over rice pilaf and served with broccoli

Maple Butter Sockeye Salmon
Fresh sockeye salmon seasoned and pan seared, finished with maple butter and served with honey roasted sweet potatoes and asparagus spears

Shrimp Florentine
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with fresh spinach, sun dried tomatoes and mushrooms in a four cheese Alfredo sauce, served over pasta

Bacon Beer Scallops
Beer broiled Sea Scallops presented over baby spinach and asparagus spears finished with a bacon stout dressing and crumbled goat cheese
Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
