Dinner Features October 14th, 2016

Pecan Chicken and Waffles                                             

Pecan crusted chicken breast finished with maple brown butter presented over a sweet potato waffle.

Chicken French   

Egg battered chicken breast sautéed in a sherry lemon pan sauce over pasta finished with asiago and parmesan cheese with broccoli.

Cajun Bleu Stockyard Sirloin 

Cajun seasoned char grilled Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin topped with melted bleu cheese crumbles and onion straws served with a twice baked potato and kielbasa wrapped asparagus.  

             Scallops Piccata     

Fresh sea scallops pan seared in a white wine lemon caper sauce with asparagus, artichoke hearts and mushrooms over pasta finished with goat cheese.

Char grilled Rockfish          

Seasoned char grilled Rockfish topped with mango pineapple salsa over rice with grilled asparagus.

Cajun Shrimp Alfredo       

Fresh cajun seasoned jumbo shrimp sautéed and presented over pasta tossed in a four cheese alfredo sauce.    

Fresh Broiled Haddock      

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter   

Fish Fry  

Your choice of breaded or crispy beer battered fresh Haddock filet
