Dinner Features October 11


Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Angus Reserve Stockyard sirloin char grilled to perfection, topped with melted crumbly bleu cheese and caramelized onions, presented over sun dried tomato garlic bread and served with butternut cheddar smashed potatoes      

Onion Basil Chicken
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with fresh basil, onions, escarole, mushrooms and banana peppers in a garlic white wine sauce, served over pasta 

Chicken Portobello
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with portobello mushrooms and sun dried tomatoes in an Madeira wine demi glace, served with a side of rice pilaf    

Haddock French
Fresh haddock filet dipped in an egg batter and sautéed with lemon and sherry, served over pasta and finished with broccoli and asiago cheese    

Tuscan Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with sliced kielbasa, fresh spinach, tomatoes and white beans in a spicy garlic wine sauce, served over pasta and finished with asiago cheese   

Seafood Provençal
Sea Scallops, surimi crabmeat and chopped clams sautéed with tomatoes, olives, onions and julienned peppers in a light white wine sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
