Dinner Features October 9

Sea Scallops Angelina               
Broiled Sea Scallops with lemon, white wine, tomatoes and bacon served over rice pilaf with feta cheese.

Roasted Red Pepper Beef Medallions                         
Grilled Twin 3oz Beef Medallions over a rosemary-feta bruschetta with a roasted red pepper wine sauce and a twice baked potato.  

Tarragon Dijon Salmon   
Pan-seared Salmon filet presented with asparagus spears and a tarragon Dijon cream sauce.

Pumpkin Shrimp   
Jumbo Tiger shrimp sautéed with onions and mushrooms, tossed with pasta in a pumpkin sage cream sauce.

Sesame Chicken   
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with carrots, mushrooms and scallions over white rice with a sesame soy glaze.

Herb Crusted Chicken 
Pan-seared herb crusted chicken breast with balsamic onions and mashed potatoes.    

Fresh Broiled Haddock                                                   

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
