Dinner Features October 2

Santa Fe Scallops                                                                                                                                             
Deep sea scallops broiled with Cajun spices and presented over rice pilaf, served with guacamole and a warm bacon corn salsa  

Autumn Beef Stockyard                                 
Seasoned and grilled 10oz beef Stockyard presented with caramelized onions and apples,
with blue cheese mashed potatoes.  

Stuffed Mahi   
Mahi filet stuffed with whitefish and crabmeat, baked in rosemary butter and Chablis wine served with asparagus spears.  

Shrimp Arrabiata   
Sautéed Jumbo shrimp and blue crab tossed in a spicy white wine tomato sauce served over pasta.  

Lemon Lentil Chicken Pasta      
Pan-seared chicken breast with lentils, tomatoes, garlic tossed with angel hair pasta, a lemon wine sauce and feta cheese.

Butternut Sherry Chicken     
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with butternut squash, onions and a sherry cream sauce over pasta. 


Fresh Broiled Haddock                                         

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
