Dinner Features for October 4th

Hampton Scallops
Deep sea scallops pan seared with tomatoes and basil served with rice pilaf in lemon wine sauce with feta cheese  

Jerk Sirloin Medallions
Jerk seasoned sirloin medallions char grilled served with a sauté of corn, black beans and spinach finished with a spiced banana walnut glaze

Grilled Salmon
Cajun seasoned salmon filet char grilled; presented over asparagus spears with cucumber lime salsa

Shrimp Choron
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with peas and onions, tossed with pasta in sauce choron  

Kratos Chicken
Chicken breast pan seared with lentils and carrots served with rice pilaf in a Mediterranean broth, accompanied by toasted pita bread

Chicken Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with bacon and onions tossed with pasta in roasted garlic cream sauce. 

Fresh Broiled Haddock
Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
