Dinner Features for October 7th


Lemon Basil Scallops
Deep sea scallops sautéed with fresh basil, spinach, artichoke hearts and onions in a lemon white wine sauce, served over pasta

Montréal Grilled Sirloin Medallions
Twin sirloin medallions char grilled with Montréal seasonings and topped with a mushroom onion Madeira sauce, presented over bruschetta with a stuffed baked potato

Stuffed Salmon
Fresh broiled salmon filet stuffed with surimi crabmeat, spinach and capers, served over asparagus and topped with a tarragon cream sauce

Santa Fe Shrimp
Jumbo shrimp sautéed with black beans, corn, tomatoes, peppers, onions and bacon in a spicy sherry wine sauce, served over rice pilaf and finished with shredded cheddar cheese

Chicken & Broccoli Alfredo
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with broccoli and sun dried tomatoes tossed with pasta in our classic alfredo sauce   

Chicken du Chef
Boneless chicken breast sautéed with chorizo sausage, portobello mushrooms and zucchini in a roasted red pepper rosemary cream sauce, served over pasta

Fresh Haddock filet broiled with lemon pepper butter
