Dinner Features for October 11th

Scallops Santa Fe
Deep sea scallops sautéed with peppers and onions served over rice in cream cheese sauce

Grilled Stockyard Sirloin
Beef Stockyard Sirloin char grilled to perfection and topped with a mushroom cream sauce, served with asparagus spears

Lemon Rosemary Red Snapper
Fresh red snapper filet broiled with lemon and rosemary butter, served with sautéed zucchini and red bell peppers
